Privacy Policy
At PixelRender, your privacy is extremely important to us. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and how you can review or delete it.
1. Information We Collect
When you use the PixelRender service, we collect limited personal and telemetry data necessary to provide reliable rendering operations:
- Email and Account Information: To uniquely identify you, manage subscription limits, and facilitate secure communications.
- API Usage Logs: We temporarily track the frequency, volume, and composition complexities submitted through API keys to enforce rate limits and bill compute.
- IP Address Logging: To mitigate fraud, scraping, and volumetric abuses, incoming network identifiers are retained exclusively for system security filtering.
- Cookies and Analytics: Standard functional cookies maintain dashboard authentication states. We utilize generalized analytics observing page traffic to isolate layout problems.
2. Data Storage and Protection
Your rendering materials, API keys, and configurations are secured natively using standard cryptographic hashing mechanisms. API connection flows require mandatory Email Verification validations to block malicious domain abuses natively.
Files provided for rendering are processed in isolated worker pathways strictly discarded upon final MP4 compilation outputs. We do not index nor monetize media contents.
3. Security Logging
For system integrity, API queries may be automatically screened for malicious execution payloads. Metadata records analyzing concurrency and bandwidth utilization are archived temporarily measuring resource health and enforcing billing structures iteratively.
4. How Users Can Request Deletion
You harbor the unrestricted right to be forgotten. Users seeking total data deletion can transmit a formal purge request directing their account emails to support@pixelrender.app. Complete deletion of usage logs, hashed authorizations, and artifacts completes within standard 30-day compliance windows.
